About Me
Hello! My name is Nikolaos Damianopoulos. I am passionate about basketball and sports leadership. I have seven years of coaching experience, including two years in Greece’s second division and two years with Northeastern University’s coaching staff. These experiences have helped me develop a strong background in player development and video coordination. I am currently pursuing my degree and expect to graduate in December 2025. My capstone project focuses on building a business plan for athletic departments. Beyond coaching, I enjoy learning about sports management, recruiting, and ways to support athletes both on and off the court. Boston is a great city, and I look forward to getting to know it even better.
Career Goals
My ultimate career goal is to build a long-term career in basketball and sports management. I aim to use my experience as a coach and recruiter to positively impact athlete development and the organizations I work with.
My Dream Job
My dream job is to work in the sports industry, combining my passion for athletics with my skills in management and leadership. Since I was young, sports have been a major part of my life. Playing, watching, and learning from them has shaped who I am today. I want to work in a role where I can help athletes, teams, and organizations grow — both on and off the court.
My Mission
My mission is to create meaningful opportunities through hard work, innovation, and dedication, while staying true to my values of integrity and growth. I am committed to delivering high-quality results in every project I pursue, with a focus on building strong relationships and making a positive impact on my community. My goal for the future is to expand my expertise, embrace new challenges, and continuously evolve both personally and professionally, so I can inspire and support others along the way.
